RE: Revere Schools Internship Program Meeting



Dear Senior Families,


We are incredibly excited about our internship program, to which we would like to invite your interested senior student to participate.  This opportunity involves our Revere High School Seniors, area businesses, and Akron University.  


The structure of the program includes our students learning business soft skills and growing their professional leadership skills with the University of Akron College of Business, as well as further deepening their learning with area businesses through internship opportunities.  

We will be hosting an informational meeting for parents on October 18, 2023 at 7:30 AM at Revere High School media center for families to learn more about these internship opportunities. If you are not able to attend, please review the attached presentation found here. Please know that applications for students are due October 31, 2023.

  August 1, 2023 Happy August, Revere High School!!! I am so excited for the 2023-24 school year. We have so many amazing opportunities planned for our students and families. On June 28th, I emailed a list of important dates and general information regarding events that kick off the school year. If you are new to us or have misplaced the email, you can always find my parent/family communication archived at https://minutemenprincipal.blogspot.com/ As families are starting to prepare for the first day of school, buying supplies, and shopping for clothes, I want to share with you a few things. Drawstring bags are allowed in class, but backpacks are not - Revere High School is growing in numbers, and space is at a premium. Since many of our classes will be near capacity, there is not enough space for students to bring large, bulky bags to each class. Students may use a drawstring bag to help keep items organized, but they will be encouraged to keep most of their supplies in their locker
