Revere Community C.A.R.E. is sponsoring a program---for parents and other interested adults---about “Self-Harm and Anxiety Issues” on Wednesday, November 17, 6:30-8:00 p.m., in the  Revere High School auditorium.   Representatives from Greenleaf Family Center will provide information on warning signs to look for to determine if a child is engaging in self-harm or unhealthy coping behaviors and will share healthy ways for parents to help their child manage stress and anxiety. No advance registration is required.  Pandemic protocols in effect at the time will be observed.  Our next general C.A.R.E. meeting will be held on Monday, December 13, 1-2:30 p.m., at the Richfield Branch Library.  Those unable to attend in person may participate virtually.  A Zoom link will be sent closer to the meeting date. Halloween and Minutemen Time

Re: Halloween Costumes & Second Minutemen Time Rotation Students at RHS will be allowed to wear a costume to school on Friday, October 29th. As a person who will always be a kid at heart, dressing up on Halloween is something I look forward to. To make this day fun and safe for everyone, please take the time to review the following guidelines with your student. 1) Masks/hoods that completely cover the face are not permitted. Hats, wigs, and simple make-up are fine. 2) Please leave all costume extras/props at home. It should go without saying, but this includes any toy weapon/contraband-inspired item. 3) Think safety first and fashion second. The students will have to be in these costumes all day. Overheating, tripping hazards, and bathroom accessibility need to be considered. Students are expected to participate in their classes. 4) The Yearbook class will host a costume contest. Students who want to participate in the contest must have their pictures taken before school in the caf

October Reflection Letter

Good afternoon Students, Parents, and Guardians of Revere High School, So much has happened since the start of the 2021-22 school year. Thirty-eight school days have passed since August 30th, and it is incredible to see how we have come together. I have enjoyed watching our students’ confidence grow as they navigate the halls and learn to balance their classes. Freshmen, you have begun to figure out what it takes to be a Revere High Minuteman, and it is great to see. Sophomores and juniors, it has been fantastic to see you step up as emerging leaders and begin to realize your immense potential. Seniors, your class and school spirit are outstanding! You should be proud of all that you have and will accomplish. Your class is a perfect blend of enjoying the moment but still focusing on your future. I wish that I had more than one year to spend with you before you leave these halls. We have taken the challenge of embodying the Vision of a Minuteman to heart, and the benefits are impres
