Each month, the Revere High School staff nominates students who embody the characteristics of our Vision of a Minuteman statements.

Carson B	Mrs. Zustin	Creates Solutions	Carson is a leader in the classroom and sets a great example for his peers. He is willing to help and encourage his classmates. Carson is kind, hardworking, and always positive.
Reese P	Mr. Silvestri	Demonstrates a Learner's Mindset	Reese is always attentive in class, likes to participate when able, and is always willing to help others who are struggling in class.
Ruby U	Mr. Wido & Mrs. Repp	Demonstrates a Learner's Mindset	Ruby should be so proud of the way she has dug into Geometry this year. From the start, she has had great habits day to day and has stayed on top of things. She asks purposeful questions to gain a deeper understanding and looks at each problem as feedback to the next. Her strong habits and going above and beyond have begun to pay off big time on assessments. Keep it up, Ruby!
Sage O	Mrs. Fagnilli	Demonstrates a Learner's Mindset	Sage is the most dedicated leader a club could have! Over the summer Sage created a schedule for Spectrum's meetings and carefully considered activities that would make our meetings awesome! She organized Frosh Fest and had an amazing display! Her diligence and commitment are inspiring!
Stephanee W	Mrs. Fritz	Demonstrates a Learner's Mindset	Stephanee is such a joy to have in class! She is consistently looking for additional ways to help around the classroom and be a leader to fellow students.
Alizya H	Mr. Faris	Embodies Confidence & Empathy	Alizya brought a phone she found in the bathroom to the main office. Way to do the right thing!!
Clara P	Mr. Schaefer	Embodies Confidence & Empathy	Clara has been a huge help in class when situations arise with another student. I am very thankful to have her in the same class and comfortable enough to help when a situation arises. She is a caring and empathetic individual!
Jack M	Mrs. Rion and Mrs. Mamula	Embodies Confidence & Empathy	Jack is constantly giving of his time here at RHS or outside of school. Jack spent weeks over the Summer on a mission trip and he continues to generously give his energy by being a peer model for our Strong Teens group. We are thankful for Jack for being a leader in our community!
Kaylee C	Ms. Kobetitsch	Embodies Confidence & Empathy	During a medical emergency in the classroom, Kaylee and another student stepped up to help Mr. Racin and Ms. Kobetitsch comfort/care for a student as well as providing vital time information to relay to the nurse. Kaylee was composed during this event and quickly went into action to assist. She exemplifies the VOM through her care for another and the compassion she demonstrated during this unexpected event.
Lillian B	Ms. Kobetitsch	Embodies Confidence & Empathy	During a medical emergency in the classroom, Lillian and a peer stepped up to help Mr. Racin and Ms. Kobetitsch comfort/care for a student as well as providing vital time information to relay to the nurse. Lily F	Mrs. Bowers	Embodies Confidence & Empathy	Lily consistently demonstrates both confidence and empathy. She generously volunteers to tutor her peers, demonstrating her commitment to the Revere student community. Lily has genuine sensitivity and awareness for the challenges others face, and is always willing to lend a helping hand. Keep up the great work, Lily!
Livia B	Mrs. Mamula	Embodies Confidence & Empathy	Livia was identified by someone who was struggling as a friendly face, a kind person, and an easy peer to work within groups. This meant a lot to both the student and the staff so early on in the year. Thanks Livia!
Regan S	Ms. Batizy	Embodies Confidence & Empathy	Regan is not only a model student of hard-work and focus, she shares her willingness to help others when needed.
Bryson F	Mr. Heideman	Engages with Purpose	Bryson demonstrates respect for peers, enthusiasm for learning and is very helpful.
Dannie W	Mr. Mosher	Engages with Purpose	Dannie does an amazing job staying engaged and participating in math class. She is always very friendly and outgoing, helping to create a positive classroom environment for all.
Ellie M	Mrs. Rion and Mrs. Mamula	Engages with Purpose	Ellie is always willing to step up and help out her fellow students with empathy and kindness. Ellie has joined our Strong Teens group as a peer model and we couldn't be more impressed and thankful :)
Heidi T	Dr. Peltz	Engages with Purpose	Heidi, I cannot thank you enough for your leadership, compassion, and high level of engagement during FroshFest. You led by example by actively participating in our RHS Ambassador Training, volunteered to help whenever I needed someone to step up, and stepped outside of your comfort zone for the betterment of the group. Thank you for representing our school so well.
Kavana L	Mrs. Bowers	Engages with Purpose	Kavana consistently demonstrates her commitment to benefit the people around her. Her helpful nature and respectful demeanor create a positive and supportive environment for her peers and teachers. Keep up the great work, Kavana!

Luke K	Mrs. Zustin	Engages with Purpose	Luke has been a joy to have in class so far. He always comes into art class with a positive mindset, persistence to improve in his craft, and continue to be a helpful hand with others. He sets the tone for the underclassmen in showing what it means to be respectful, responsible, and ready in the classroom.

Neha Y	Ms. Haynam	Engages with Purpose	Neha Yadavalli & Parisa Nosrati took the initiative last May by starting the new Model UN club. We count 31 students as members with 9 attending our first conference in October. Great work!

Tony O	Miss Ray	Perseveres & Adapts	I wanted to highlight Tony's exceptional dedication and work ethic as a freshman. Despite the added commitments of playing football, he has never missed an assignment, consistently engages in class, and seeks help when needed. His strong work ethic, punctuality, and respectful interactions with everyone in our school community are a testament to his character.
Brandon A	Miss Ray	Perseveres & Adapts	Brandon Allen is truly remarkable, especially considering he's new to Revere. His relentless academic efforts, kindness towards peers, and exceptional politeness towards staff members make him stand out. Despite the challenges of moving to a new school where friendships are established, Brandon's dedication to his schoolwork and his openness to making new friends showcase his incredible character.
Brandon A	Mrs. Krakowiak	Perseveres & Adapts	Brandon is new to RHS this year and has had an eventful beginning of the year when his schedule was changed a few weeks into the year. Brandon has done a great job of adapting to his new schedule and new school. Brandon is a great addition to RHS!
Brayden Y	Mrs. Lyon	Perseveres & Adapts	Hi Brayden, We go back to the middle school years. In middle school you were definitely among the mischievous students in the classroom. As I moved to the high school you chose my electives and we met again in the classroom. With the first class in high school, you were definitely still a mischievous student. As you continued to take the second and now third class with me, it is apparent that you have grown into a nice young man. You are doing well with your assignments, ask questions when you are not sure and have become a caring young man. To be able to see you through the middle school years and now in high school watch you grow into this nice young man has been both a pleasure and an honor. Continue to strive to move forward with success in your future.
Kenzie M	Ms. Kobetitsch	Perseveres & Adapts	Kenzie Morgan has had a great start to the new school year, she is completing in-class work, homework, and is engaged in lessons. Kenzie is also demonstrating a more positive attitude in terms of her learning and has developed a plan to stay on top of her studies and even hopes her hard work will allow her to graduate early. I am very proud of her accomplishments this year.
Maggie Z and Taylor K	Mrs. Simonelli	Perseveres & Adapts	Maggie and Taylor have had to take leadership to a new level when it comes to leadership. We are a small club, but we manage to do a lot. I was out with Covid in 2021, and could be here for the Mock Crash that year. They both quickly took the reigns and the show went on. Except that it did rain and the outside was canceled, but the trial went on as planned. Last year, I was out with a medical procedure and again they took over in my absence during senior assembly in May. They made that Teen Institute was present and active in the event and did this as Juniors. They are always there for me and TI and are the reason we are small but mighty. I appreciate them so very much and will truly miss them next year.
Makayla T	Mrs. Lyon	Perseveres & Adapts	Hi Makayla, We go back to the middle school years. In middle school you were definitely shy and bonded with me quickly after we met in the classroom. As I remember, middle school was difficult as you were trying to find your way. I was always there for you when you needed a shoulder for support. When I moved to the high school, you soon learned that I was teaching there. You would seek me out for support, guidance and on some occasions as a room that was a safe place for you. You had your struggles and I shared with you on occasion that what I was seeing was not a good fit for you. I was there to listen when you needed it. This year I noticed that you were in a class of mine during semester 1. As you entered class on that first day, I was in awe of the new Makayla. It was clear that you had been making some decisions over the summer that had agreed with you. You continue to amaze me daily with how you carry yourself, how your appearance is so important to you and how doing the right thing and following through with what you say brings out the good in you. These behaviors also bring with it the trust factor that keeps that smile on your face. You are doing well with your assignments, ask questions when you are not sure and have become a caring young lady. To be able to see you through the middle school years and now in high school watch you grow into this nice young lady has been both a pleasure and an honor. Continue to strive to move forward with success in your future.
Seth E	Mr. Heyn	Perseveres & Adapts	Seth has done a great job on getting off to a great start in the classroom (A in History) and the athletic field (tremendous perseverance on the gridiron).
Tyler S	Mrs. Lovaty	Perseveres & Adapts	Tyler walks into class ready to learn every day. He is a very busy young man outside of school, but he tries his best to maintain a positive attitude. Tyler always greets me and adds to class discussions. I enjoy having Tyler in class and I hope he keeps up the good work.
Zahara L	Mr. Heyn	Perseveres & Adapts	Zahara has had a tremendous start to the year with her attitude and work-ethic. I am excited to see what the year brings her if she continues down this path of excellence.
