February Senior Class Information

 Hello, Parents & Guardians of Our Class of 2022,

Our seniors have made it to their last semester of high school! We are proud to announce that we will be hosting our commencement ceremony at Blossom Music Center again this year, but before we cross the stage there are hurdles left to clear. While it is normal for a little “senioritis” to set in, we still have several weeks to make the most of it. Our seniors have a few unique opportunities that they can take advantage of over the next few months. We will be hosting a Senior Class Meeting on Wednesday, February 2nd from 7:34 - 8:25 am during our late start Professional Learning Community (PLC) Day. We will be discussing the following two programs.

Senior Internship - Seniors in good academic standing may opt to participate in a Senior Internship. This is a three-week commitment beginning on May 9th and ending on May 27th. Students who chose this option must complete all components of the internship and participate in a final presentation.

Second Semester Exam Waiver - Seniors who have documented proof of 30 hours of community service (with a minimum of 20 hours completed during this school year) may opt to waive their exams. Please contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Mrs. Henretty at lhenretty@revereschools.org

  Hello, Students and Families from the Revere High School Classes of 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2027! I hope that everyone is enjoying their summer. While the building is relatively quiet now, the sounds of the band practicing and the coaches' whistles will fill the air in just a few weeks.   August 1, 2023 Happy August, Revere High School!!! I am so excited for the 2023-24 school year. We have so many amazing opportunities planned for our students and families. On June 28th, I emailed a list of important dates and general information regarding events that kick off the school year. If you are new to us or have misplaced the email, you can always find my parent/family communication archived at https://minutemenprincipal.blogspot.com/ As families are starting to prepare for the first day of school, buying supplies, and shopping for clothes, I want to share with you a few things. Drawstring bags are allowed in class, but backpacks are not - Revere High School is growing in numbers, and space is at a premium. Since many of our classes will be near capacity, there is not enough space for students to bring large, bulky bags to each class. Students may use a drawstring bag to help keep items organized, but they will be encouraged to keep most of their supplies in their locker
